We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that violate our policies or applicable laws.

Due to the nature of digital printing and garment customization:

  • Background transparency, colours, and print placement may vary slightly from the digital preview.

  • We may make necessary adjustments to your design to ensure optimal print quality, including minor repositioning, resizing, or colour optimization.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.

6. Content Policy

We prohibit the submission of content that includes:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material targeting individuals or groups.

  • Explicit, obscene, or pornographic content.

  • Violence, threats, or content that promotes harm.

Orders containing such content will be rejected, and we reserve the right to take appropriate action.

7. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by region and are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Wix's approved

checkout options. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

9. Returns and Refunds

Given the bespoke nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect item), please contact us at orders@zaikai.co within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
