Refund Policy

At ZAIKAI Apparel, every item is custom-made to your design specifications. As such, our products are exempt from the usual “cooling-off” period provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Made-to-Order Products All our garments are printed on demand and made specifically for you. This means:

We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

Please refer to our [Size Guide] carefully before placing your order.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we are committed to making things right.
To request a replacement or refund:

Contact us at orders@zaikai.co within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and defect.
Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement item

A full or partial refund
3. Non-Refundable Situations We will not issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Slight variations in print colour, alignment, or size due to screen-to-fabric differences (see our Print Policy)

Issues resulting from incorrect file uploads or design errors on the part of the customer

Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
4. Cancellation Policy Due to the automated nature of our production process, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
5. Credit Packs If you purchase a credit pack for use on our platform, you may request a refund only if none of the credits have been used.

All refund requests for credit packs must be submitted via email to orders@zaikai.co and are subject to review.

If any credits from the pack have been used, the entire pack is considered non-refundable.
6. How Refunds Are Issued If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for it to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.
