You own the rights to the design or have obtained permission from the rightful owner to use it.Your design does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
ZAIKAI Apparel is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material.

If we discover that a submitted design violates copyright laws, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
