Shipping Policy

At ZAIKAI Apparel, we strive to ensure your custom-designed items are delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the key information you need to know when placing an order with us.

1. Processing Time All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and garment printing before dispatch. This time is in addition to the delivery estimates outlined below.

 

2. Delivery Options & Times We currently ship within the UK and plan to expand internationally.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days (Royal Mail) from dispatch

  • Express UK Delivery: 24–48 hours (Royal Mail) from dispatch

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout

  • Express Delivery: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £50

  • Loyalty Rewards Program: Earn points with every purchase and redeem for free shipping. See our Loyalty Program for details

 

4. Dispatch & Tracking You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves our facility. We do not currently provide detailed tracking, but we're here to assist if you experience any delivery issues.

 

5. International Shipping (Coming Soon) We are working to expand globally. When this service launches:

  • International delivery times will vary by country

  • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

 

6. Delivery Issues If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zaikai.co. We’ll work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

 

8. Non-Delivery & Return to Sender If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g. no one available to receive it or incorrect address), we may charge a redelivery fee.
